  • SIGN THE REFERRAL AGREEMENT (valid for 6 months).
  • Send your client the MLS Property Search APP, or - setup a custom search for your client using your MLS search function.
  • Help your client locate their dream property.
  • Help your client select their pre-priced Custom Home from the House Plan Library.
  • Contact for a direct referral to one of our Certified Builders (or select one with your client from our list).
  • Schedule a site visit with the bulder, client and yourself to determine utility and other site related cost.
  • If your client wishes to change the house plan, arrange a design session with the builder to "redline" the changes and send to for the changes.
  • Our certified Builder will finalize the cost (if any changes have been made) and prepare the contract, cost breakdown and bank package for signing and submit to our national construction lender.
  • Our national construction lender will process the application and approximately 4 weeks later, the construction loan will fund.
  • The referral fee (3%) is paid on the first construction draw.
